Everyone's got an ugly place in their house.
Ours is the basement.
yuck.
My challenge {to myself} is this:
find the pretty places instead,
and ignore the ugly ones.

How is the book?
Katie, the book is fantastic. It reminds me of the new Elyse Fitzpatrick book from Crossway, Give Them Grace. We're doing it with our small group -- it's not totally applicable yet... since we've just got a 1-year-old. But it's good foundational stuff, absolutely.
i'm pretty sure i love your house, without even having ever been there. lovely pictures. i especially love the shot of the antique books!
i'm still hoping to get to that nursery post... maybe when i get my new lens, i can take photos and post them. it's my favorite "pretty part" of my home.
